mvattivo 47 Report post Posted February 10, 2014 In his interview, Cael takes the blame for not pointing out the mistake. I do find it sad that two refs, at least three PSU coaches and the announcers didn't know the rule, or didn't know it well enough to do something about it or mention it (announcers).
