Realbuto - St. John - II

Recommended Posts

I would say he got seriously injured. It sure looked like an acl or mcl tears and possible

meniscus tear. really horrible injury.

knees are meant to go one direction not diagonally.

way too much action with knees bent in a dangerous manner. I think for the safety of the athletes

it needs to stop.

Really a bummer what happened in the semis, because Realbutto was wrestling very well and I think would have had a great chance of pulling the upset. The injury time gave Dieringer a free point, and Realbutto clearly could not shoot effectively after the injury, but it was still a close match

It was a bummer to see Realbutto's tournament end like that, but he finished that match pretty darn hurt like a champ. Kid has crazy potential and I can't wait to see what he accomplishes in the next couple years

It looked like Realbuto dumped himself over the top of Deirenger. Someone posted it was an ACL tear.
