Should fans be allowed to vote for the Hodge?

I had Taylor winning the Hodge this year. But I also had him winning the Hodge even if the unthinkable had happened and he had suffered a loss as Jaworksy and Metcalf did when they won. Dominance, pins, and quality of opposition are much more important than simply looking at someone's win/loss record.
