Aside from the things you've mentioned, there are plenty of great places to walk around or grab some food in between sessions. The Loop (mainly off Delmar) has a ton of great shops and diverse restaurants, along with your main American grub. The Central West End also has a bunch of cool bars and restaurants to go to, and is a nice area to just walk around. Pappy's has incredible BBQ, and is a place a ton of people visiting St. Louis love. Ted Drewe's is a frozen custard joint that is also a St. Louis staple. Then there is the Hill, which is an Italian neighborhood with some of the best Italian food you'll find anywhere. They also have a lot of mom and pop shops with great deli meat, pastas, bread, etc. And if you've already visited the AB brewery, there is also the Schlafly Tap Room. Schlafly makes great beer and the food there is good as well.

Hopefully I threw a few things out that interest people. It's sad to see people jumping on the St. Louis bashing bandwagon when there are a lot of great things about St. Louis.

I don't know how many architects there are on here, but you'd be surprised what the Arch looks like in its entirety ( if you could see below grade.)

Did you ever take a hike through that thing ? Just a short ride from Carbondale.

The casino by scott trade is lumiere. Depending on what you want to do Washington Avenue has lots of different bars and is about 5 minutes away. Union station doesn't have a lot to offer anymore (although the high school border brawl event will be held there on Tuesday evening if you're coming into town early) unfortunately.

At about what time do the sessions end on thursday and then Friday. I would like to hit up a few of the local eateries and make reservations.

Figure four hours for sessions 1, 2, 3. Session 4 3:15 Session 5 maybe 3:15 (they seem to twitch it every couple years. Session six, 3 hours start of 125 to end of 285, sometimes less of course a lot of pomp and circumstance before and after
