I have Miller beating welch and deangelis, then losing to Realbuto, then losing to Demas in the round of 12. But i could easily see him reversing that match.

For Miklus, i have him losing to Thomas, beating Romanchik and Garcia, then losing to Dudley.

How did you calculate the team scoring?

Using 16, 12, 10, 9, 7, 6, 4 & 3 points for 1st through 8th place respectively, I got different scoring, resulting in a tie for 1st place between Iowa and Missouri. (Admittedly, I did a quick calculation, by cutting and pasting your placers into Excel.)

No Ian Miller at 157? I can't see him placing outside of the top 5, personally. I also have Miklus picked to AA low at 184, but overall your picks look very solid!

Did we watch him (Big Tourney) take apart Ness, a finalist just last season ?

I got I Mar sailing to the finals.

@denny: iMar is isaiah Martinez, not Ian miller

Okay……So,its the Illini I Mar, and we have an I Mill. Got it.

If we are talking of the Jr from K S -- hasn't he been pretty much

ranked top 8 in most polls, all year long ? And (is) seeded top 8 in

St Louis ? Me thinks.

@ denny. I have miller losing to guys who are both seeded above him, so I think he just kindve got a bad draw when i filled out my brackets

Yeah…now we are just 2 days away from 'ready wrestle'. As to your comment above---there have been sooo

many crazy upsets at this storied tourney. Good wishes to you.

Reaching for the fences on this one... ODU's Jeske upsets Waters in the 1st Rd. Obviousely, I'm a big Jeske fan, even though the kid can be unpredictable/not sure who's gonna show up to wrestle, but I see him having a good tournament. Dechow is peaking and expect him to defeat Dean in the Semis and perhaps finish on top of the podium. T.Warner, 165 could have a good run and AA. Don't count out Mecate, 141 and Richardson,149 from shaking things up... I'll be missing all of Thursday and most of Friday due to work.  I'll be home in time for some consolations and Semifinal Rnd.

Old Dominion

125 Jeske  8th

141 Mecate 8th

149 Richardson 6th

165 Warner 7th

184 Dechow NC

Im with ya!   Lenny may be a huge factor at 149.  He is a fighter.  I also think Beazely and Henderson can win some matches and on a good day sneak in there.  If we are right top 10?
