My point is that while the numbers might say wrestling's growing (and it is in NYC thanks to Beat the Streets), from my perspective it's being spread thin. Those growing numbers also include more and more 7th and 8th graders each year, which is probably not good for the health of the sport. I realize some other sports have the same issue, maybe worse.
